The overall trend from the switch of insulin is the preshots are coming down. PMPS almost all yellow. The AMPS is notorious for being the highest number, likely due to dawn phenomenon. Barely a pink in the middle, which was not the case for her before, particularly in the pm cycle. A lot of progress. :) You have room for an increase and could go to 1.75 either tonight or tomorrow morning, whichever you want/have ability to monitor closely.

You’re also likely to see more fluctuations than you would without dry food in the picture. Human diabetics have a very hard time accounting for carbohydrates, particularly with processed foods because of the way manufacturing and food label laws are set up. For example, broccoli is likely to have the same amount of carbohydrate from meal to meal, there’s not much to it. Processed foods like crackers or pasta, however, have a variation limit not unlike our glucose monitors, so if it says 15 grams carbs, it could be zero or 30 carbs and still be labeled as 15. It makes quite an impact when you’re accounting for one number and it could be a lot more or a lot less. Have you tried freeze dried protein as a topper/treat/enticement instead? A lot of cats like that and it doesn’t impact BG for most as it’s one protein ingredient.

I would also try to get a +7 or +8 sometime in both cycles instead of a +9, it looks like she could still go low there and you want to know where her nadir is. If you vary where you test, it’s easy to find without too much trouble.

I'd say things are looking pretty good! As Stacy says, trying to get a +7/+8 might help. She seems to have her nadir between +6 and +9. I also agree that there is room for an increase -- it might help flatten out the ends of the cycles a bit.

This mornings pink numbers, look like a delayed bounce of that green yesterday am cycle. Try to ignore the bounces, and remember that with both lev and lantus you look at how low the dose takes kitty to determine your next move.

Remember that with Lev, usually kitties will nadir after +6, so perhaps try to vary tests in that time frame to try and determine where her nadir is (typical lev nadir between +8 -+10)
The SS does look a bit colourful but overall Mia does seem to be spending most of her time in the green to low yellow range.:) (I know it's hard not to see those pinks:bighug:)

I do think that there is room to take the dose up, but I would probably be inclined to hold it today and tonight (8cycles) (worth noting if she appears to be clearing the bounce tomorrow morning combining the dose increase with a bounce clearing cycle can lead to an 'exciting' cycle so be prepared to monitor)

My reasoning
1) I think that with the testing pattern, as pointed out above you might have missed nadir.
2) new to Lev, so I would opt for a more cautious approach.
