Yesterday's Condo

It's been a pretty routine morning. Gabby wanted to snuggle, or at least her idea of snuggling -- lying lengthwise down my chest.

Yesterday was a tough day. One of my dearest friends had to help one of her cats across the Bridge. Lillie had been struggling with CKD and then developed restrictive cardiomyopathy/heart failure. Lillie is a distant relative of Gizmo -- same breeder -- and a kitty with a big personality. It was a very sad morning.

I'm glad your friend has you to help her through the loss of Lillie. It's so hard but the understanding of a good friend makes the loss a little more bearable. Please pass on my condolences and a hug for you who shares this loss with your friend.
