I'm thinking about changing his +7 snack to just plain chicken. It could be possible he's still bouncing from the 200s but I think the late carbs are jacking him up too.

That is a good plan. I did a lot of experimenting with food carbs and timing. A lot of kitties jacked up after nadir. Bubba was not one of those cats. It will be interesting to see what happens.

When he was on prozinc he couldn't have much of anything without a quick spike. He's been ok with the lantus but now that he's getting use to it the late carbs seem to be helping him spike.
I could move it up to +3 and +5.5ish and see if that works better. I weighed him today and it read 11.5 pounds! We are close to 12!
