I am out of strips and have some ordered for my regular meter so these BGs were taken with backup meter. I had compared them before and the one I am using today ran about 20 points lower at AMPS than regular meter.

Hopin Big Henry had a good numbers day.
Also hope you guys in Fla missed all that horrible storm action in the south.

Hmmmm. I wonder if maybe on "big green day" his pancreas decided to show up to the party and that's why the great #s that day but not other days? If you don't see blues or greens in the next day or two I'm thinking you may want to increase just a hair and see if that brings back the better #s.

We've been without power several hours until now, its storming now but no tornadoes here, hopefully the worst is over.

Still thinking the green surf may be causing the higher mid cycles but I'm not sure.
317 was a low AMPS for him.

You mean liver reaction after the green that is still carrying over? Unlikely - when you see that kind of reaction it usually looks like an all red cycle after a day of blues and greens. Might have been all pinks that night, hard to say, but probably not carried over much beyond that. It's not impossible of course, but I wouldn't keep the dose lower than you like in the hopes the #s will come down. Occasionally that'll happen, but not usually.

p.s. hope your power is back on soon... what a pain!

What would be a good number to raise him to am and pm if hes on 13/11 or 13.5/10.5 schedule? He's getting 2U am and was getting 1.85U pm which I bumped up a little the next night after he was too low to shoot after the green numbers.

I don't object to waiting another day or so just to be sure, but if the numbers seem kind of steady back in the yellows I'd probably just raise a hair - just 0.1 over what you doing. For nighttime, I think you need a little data to know what to do. You don't really know if he is flattish all night, or dropping down to good #s and coming back up, so that would determine whether or not a dose increase is warranted. Sorry if the data is there & I missed it - too tired to reopen SS tonight!
