WCR: Hungry. Ate. Wanted something other than what's on the menu, but with a few chicken cubes on top, decided he would eat a healthy amount.
Vet was pleased with both Six and Lyle. Should know Six's spec-fPl results by Thursday at the latest. This was just a check of his value...no current concerns about pancreatitis and Six since his attack in February. And guess what? Lyle decided to take it easy on me and no surprises in the box on the way to the vet. I did get to meet a domesticated wild turkey at the vet who had his leg amputated. He was doing well. Let me pet him - even his waddle!

The 5.5 oz cans of Cowboy Cookout are a different consistency than the 3 oz cans I had used to try the food. It was not a hit last night for anyone. I am currently trying not to go insane, but I was super grumpy about it last night. The 5.5 oz/3 oz of Grammy's Pot Pie are the same consistency. Go figure. So back to the drawing board...see what I can do to convince the kitties to eat the CC. Since this was a special order, going to call the petfood store to make sure I can exchange the cases for Grammy's if needed. I feel like we should have a special forum for food support. :lol:
