Horrible numbers today. Supposed to be curve tomorrow but won't bother if its a high start. Not planning changing his dose until his depot settles anyway.

I think all bets are off post dental. You are only seeing daytime preshots, he could be going lower in between them. Remember, just because he had a pattern once, doesn’t mean he can’t change things up on you. ;)

You haven’t had a curve in a couple weeks or for the last 2 increases. It will be very useful data to have regardless, but I would expect that you can’t really anticipate how things will go from here because that dental could be a game changer. :woot:

Yes but I think you forget his preshots are his lowest. Nothing has changed there and I don't believe in excessive testing just for data. I see some obsessive amount of testing on here that is IMHO very unnecessary.

I don't think it is unnecessary data...you have no mid cycle tests for after the dental and no curve data on this dose. He is 5 cycles in and tomorrow morning will make it 6. Depot should be recovered or mostly by now.

If it was me, I would be interested to see how it looks. If anything if you don't change the dose this weekend it can be compared to your next curve which will be 10 days post surgery and all healing should be completed.

ETA: you could do a modified curve... a +2, +4...if nothing showing do a +8 and +10 - or something like that.
