I was hurrying Chicken, our special needs macaw, through her breakfast this morning so I could hurry up to post. This is one happy bean (so far! :lol: ) this morning. Look at that AMPS!! And that PM cycle last night. It bears some resemblance to a lev cycle.
And, no bounce from last night!! I don't want to read too much into it, but I'm hoping this means her Lantus shed has drained and we can start to work on figuring her lev cycles out. As for a WCR, Jetta is super happy, active, and purry this morning. cat_pet_icon She had a good round of kill the cover monster before AMPS, she's been playing with her catnip flea, and eating great. She was fairly blah most of yesterday, but I have to attribute that to her wild BG swings. I think I'd feel blah swinging 400 points in 4 hours too. I'll of course be monitoring closely again today (ADW is loving this switchover and my second test strip order within 30 days!). I hope there are no dramatic crashes, but given the low (for her!) AMPS I have no predictions for today. :?:
I have to share a funny story, DH asks last night, "UM- are you ever going to the the grocery store again? The only thing in the fridge is pet supplies" :? :roll: :lol: I've had grand intentions of running to the store on my lunch hour each day, but Jetta has firmly disallowed any out of the house ventures. Poor DH...
