@Wendy&Neko Just got a 37 @ +10 would you suggest a token dose or skip a dose tonight? And go down to 1.5 units?

Skip - time to drain that depot again. Unless he zooms up well into the 100's by shot time, and you could give a half dose. Plus a ketones test if you can. And yes on the reduction.

He is so unpredictable! Yes I gave some HC food and he's back up to 147. So I'm thinking I'll do the half dose tonight then reduce to 1.5 units for the future. I'm about to do PMPS I'll get ketones.

Yes, two hours. Got the 37 at 3:30 PM and gave food right away and PMPS was just now at 5:30 PM. I went with the half dose for tonight! Ketones are 0.2 mmol/L.

I hope that half dose gives you a break tonight and tomorrow. You and Heather's Shooter are up to the same tricks this week and today! And it's not even the full moon.

Note for the future, when you give carbs towards the end of the cycle, you don't need to give the same amount as a low earlier in the cycle when the insulin effect is stronger. Not that there's a problem boosting Charlie tonight. Just a general observation.
