Trix seems to be feeling pretty awesome this morning. When I got up, she was waiting outside the bedroom and barged in like she owned the place when I opened the door
! We had a very animated and vocal "hurry up, Mama" Mannie Fuds Dance this morning, and her appy has been pretty happy. She spent a good chunk of time roaming around looking for fun and adventure, and now she is basking in the sun.
Her appy was fairly steady for most of yesterday, too, although it was a little on the slow side in the morning. We went out to dinner with my parents last evening, which meant a somewhat early first round of dinner for the kitties. Trix had a very happy appy at that point, and when we got back from dinner, she was REALLY hungry! Her meds and fluids were a little on the late side, so she hadn't had them yet when we got home....so I am, of course, continuing to wonder if there is a connection between appy and fluids & meds.
We had a great dinner with my family. My Dad is feeling MUCH better now, and even brought the makings for peach bellinis (yum) to the restaurant (BYOB). He ate very well, too. What a difference from this time last month. Now, hopefully the Penn visit on Friday will give us a good plan...
