Yesterday's Condo

Thanks for all the suggestions yesterday regarding Sammy not eating. I was finally able to get him to eat some Fancy Feast without throwing it up. He didn't eat much but he did eat. I took him outside for a bit and that really helped his spirits. I gave him the antibiotic again last night, and he ate a bit, but not much. He did vomit stomach bile later during the night, but not food. This morning I did not give him the anti-biotic because I didn't want a problem while we were driving home today. He ate a bit more this morning, and when we got home he has been eating well.

I am wondering if I should give the antibiotic again tonight. I think I will wait to see how much Sammy eats at shot time, which is when I would give the antibiotic, and fluids. I am just wondering if he had not been eating enough before the antibiotic, which might be why it upset his stomach.

We got home today around 10:30 am (+3) and Sammy has been much happier since getting home. His numbers have been fantastic since then.

We unpacked the car and got about half of the bags unpacked, and now we are just relaxing and watching TV. Sammy is very content and happy.

So glad to hear Sammy is doing better. I bet he feels so much better being home. At least he will rest better. I hope you still had fun at knit camp.

Camp was a bit stressful, but it would have been much worse if Sammy had been at home while I was at camp.
