If I squint, it is a blue start. ;)

After the yucky pink start yesterday, Osha came down nicely and showed me some pretty blues. I hope she will do the same today.

My daughters band performance last night was a lot of fun. There was a piece called Catching Shadows by Ivan Trevino which was a duet played on marimbas that was absolutely mesmerizing. It was amazing. I found a performance of some other people playing it on youtube.

My daughter is in 6th grade and it was announced that all current 7th-11th graders will be playing in the 75th reenactment of normandy in France in 2019. Boy do I wish my daughter was in 7th grade right now.

Good luck with Osha today. I'm glad your daughter's performance went well and thank you for posting that YouTube video - absolutely magical music! :smuggrin:
