WTH Cobb? There's no reason to check out the pink floor today. It's going to be sunny outside, you should at most be on the yellow floor.

Don't know where this number came from. He was headed down at +2 last night and then jumped at +4.5. Ugh.

We've hit a dreaded sleep regression in our house. Matty wanted to play and talk ALL.NIGHT.LONG. We are exhausted. At 3:30 I had had enough and woke Matt up. He spent the rest of the night rocking Matty and sleeping in the rocking chair. No explanation for that either.

I hope everyone has a great Saturday. Hopefully mine will be filled with lots of naps!

yikes, cobb! what was that about?! looks like his +4 is coming down nicely.

sending no-nap-vines to Matty today and sleep-all-night-vines to everyone at your house!

I'll take those vines!!! I had a long discussion with Matty about the importance of sleep for him, and me, lol. I think he laughed at me. But who can be mad when you look at his sweet face.

No idea what is up with Cobb's spike. I did notice he seems to be spiking around mid cycle and then dropping back down. Any explanation for that?

i'm thinking it's not so much spiking mid-cycle as it is that he is bouncing a bit and the R changes the cycle you would otherwise see. I wouldn't worry too much about it - the main thing is to keep his numbers down, which you are trying to do with the R.

Cobb you are so close to blue, how about sliding down a bit more for PMPS. One of Neko's favorite cycles on Lantus was the pink to blue slide.

Ugh on the lack of sleep last night. I hope you are able to get naps in today. Last thing you need is a nocturnal baby, unless it's a night Cobb is visiting the greens. Sending soothing sleepy vines to Matty for tonight.

Wendy, you would think Cobb and Matty could coordinate nights to be up. Alas, they do not. Under 300 for our PMPS, but I bumped Cobb up anyway. I figure we can always come back down.

Hi there

Good job with the R this morning - Cobb ditched the 3rd floor pretty quick!

I didn't think of how the R was playing into the cycle.
Thinking about how R plays into a cycle is very important. And not just the cycle you gave the shot - substituent cycles frequently play out differently than they would had you not used R.

it takes a conscience effort at first but soon becomes habit.
A very important habit
