This morning's AMPS was 75 and I gave what I am going to call <0.05u Lantus.

Sorry I missed your post last light. Once Cini was back up to a comfortable number I wanted to get some sleep before I had to test again.
To answer your question - My 0.05u is at the 0 line on the syringe. Basically what's left in the hub. If I squeeze that out, I usually get a nice drop. What I gave this morning is less than that. It looks to me to be whatever is left in the needle along with a few insulin infused air bubbles. Not trying to be difficult on measuring it but I don't have a way of objectively measuring less than 0.05u. I feel really silly now sticking Cini with this amount because I have to push down hard on the plunger and Cini looks at me while I'm doing it with a look that says "Really? .... Really!?" :lol:
