Good morning! I think she went low overnight and is bouncing, or she is bouncing from the 49 yesterday. Either way, I hope she gets back on track and visits the lagoon again today. I gave the yuky mint antacid this am, after skipping last night. Shes getting wise to it and hiding under the table. There was poop yesterday, however It didn't really look like hers, so it either wasn't hers, or her poop has changed for the better. It looked normal, and It might have been civies..not sure. If it wasn't hers, then maybe she is constipated, and that's why she is higher. I will update tonight. Off to work now..have a great Sunday everyone!
 
Hopefully a nice blue rest day while you are away. I know they hate that mint stuff. The other option, prescription carrafate, is just as awful. Hopefully it won't be needed for much longer.

I'm not sure that the test for fecal occult blood doesn't work for cats. It is used a lot by people in the FPS and CRF lists by cat only vets to rule in or out a bleed.
 
That's sure not much of a bounce!! Maybe Mikey (@Marycatmom ) should come over and give Chi Chi lessons.....LOL

Have you asked your vet about maybe using Pepcid (Famotadine) instead of the yucky mint antacid?

1/4 of a 10mg tablet may be easier to get down her (I know she's not a fan of pills either, but seems like it might work....and it's pretty tiny)

Mikey, stay away from Chi Chi!

Laura, if you look at Mikey's spreadsheet, you'll see how bad bounces can be. He went from 55 to 596 today. Drives me insane!
 
You would be able to combine Pepcid and metronidazole in the same gelcap.

What bounce? Looking good but how about leaving the diving team?
