Hello! This is my first post over here at the ISG. I've been encourage to switch to TR protocol by some members at the main forum.
I haven't switched yet but I plan to. But first I have some questions!

Should I wait until Friday to switch to TR and also increase Nao's dose as stated by the SLGS protocol, since that was the one I was following? Or could I increase before Friday?
Also, I took Nao to the vet today for a urinalysis and he has a slight UTI. Vet wants to treat it with antibiotics, I'll try to start treating the infection tomorrow after I get the antibiotic.
I don't know if maybe I should wait for the infection to be gone to switch to TR?

Any advice would be welcome!

Welcome to LLB. If you want to start TR tomorrow you can increase then and don’t need to wait. With an infection it’s a good idea to increase so there’s less chance of developing ketones.

Hi Michele I hope the antibiotics clear up the UTI
If you do switch to TR you need to add that to your signature you can put after SLGS /TR and the date you switched.
On your spreadsheet do the same
We always also like to put a blank line above the date you switched to TR and just type Started TR and you can color code it any color so it stands out.
