For overnight feeding I gave Liz Hill's m/d canned. A few minutes prior to her AMPS, DH unknowingly fed Liz a couple of teaspoons HC for breakfast.

How about keeping instructions on what to feed in the kitchen? It will be interesting to see what effect the hc has. I've done that myself when I had a few cans open and only myself to blame, lol.

I had to permanent marker the carb content of Polly's tins on the top of each can when we first started this dance. Now, I just keep all her low carb on one counter and her higher carb in the cupboard. Just too easy, especially in the fog of early morning, to grab the wrong tin!

Oh well. The hc will wear off.

i write on my cans too when I have too many to keep track of....

and when my dh is feeding in the morning, i leave the can I want out on the counter so he doesn't go hunting....

doesn't look like anything went too high to me....
