Hello everyone,

:(:mad: After Pink bounce (but shorter somewhat than before) night Ducia is 0.75U full dose for the 5th cycle.

I don't even if I can take it as a good dose regardless of the green AM cycle. Those Pinks n Yellows..:banghead:

That great green followed by a bounce to pink:mad::mad: trend is really annoying...:blackeye: I now that many were there before us but I could not help wondering - is there an end to it? At all?:blackeye::confused: Yes, a cat bounces until she stops.. Do you know when is it? Are there any tell tell signs?

Does anyone know what can be done to improve on it? Maybe a change in feeding? A mantra to recite while injecting? I'd buy anything :)

Sorry, but I can't help you,, Tanya. Teasel's good numbers (for now) are a total surprise to me - I don't really believe them. I just say to myself, "Enjoy it while it lasts!"
 
Dropped over 130 point in two hours after good breakfast. :confused:

Is it because the last dose is weaned and her pancreas do not produce any at all and the last shot takes effect? I don't understand these large drops at onset. :confused:

I am feeding her slightly different today, experimenting.

My bet is on the bounce breaking-- look at the greens on 4/17 and 4/21, same thing happened-- bounce to pink, then back down to blues by the next cycle. So she's done this before, in the same way. But you're right-- the other possibilities are late effects from the previous shot or even a working pancreas doing its thing. It's not necessarily going to be a single explanation, either!

Well, she is all ready clearing the bounce. Usually, the +2 gives you an indicator but with Ducia she is all ready dropping. Nan brought up a good point about the way Ducia is clearing after the green cycle, the next one is pink and then back into blues and sometimes green again. Maybe on those cycles that you anticipate the big drop, you could start her off with a little bit higher carb food to slow her down and flatten the cycle out. Remember Sandi and Chase and the Chase Mix? Maybe worth a try?

hmmmm it was LC mixed with MC. I don't remember the ratio. But you could experiment with it on the cycles that you anticipate the bounce to break. Marje is the one that helped her with the mix and she is in France on vacation.

Also, I don't know if I ever posted for you to look @tara and Ivana SS. Ivana bounced all the way to remission.
