4/24 LOOSE LIPS: energizer fishies, trails, & nappin' rules!

Good Morning LL!! (LOTS today Elsa! please.....), and Happy Fursday!
LL! It's is I, Elsa, KBP kitteh barista pilot!, president and CEO of Coffee Cat! Life is GOOD! GUESS WHAT! Bug and Lola are exhausted from I dunno! but they still want to be working today too at PawPrints Pizza, so..... They have decided that today is TURN-AROUND TRIPLE THURSDAY! They are doing triples on everything! :shock: Kinda cool huh!They say that since Wacky Wednesday was so wacky that they wants to give all kitties some fun times today, triple funs! What will that be.... I dunno! :roll: so. well. anyways. Coffee time! For today, I proudly offer Elsa's special 10 hour energy coffee, and Double shot Breve's, with beans from high in the Brazilian Mountains.... and for my mocha fans: a VENTI Quad Blueberry infused white mocha/mocha blend with white chocolate chips melted within, swirled with a raspberry puree, topped with a strawberry infused whip garnished with caramelized berry sprinkles and white chocolate curls and a caramel drizzle.......SWEET! OH! No worries, a dollop of 4 berry and vanilla and caramel swirl ice cream, on top of a dollop of fudge, topped with caramel and chocolate drizzle.... Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh....... mega good!

I hope everyone had a great day yesterday. We did well here. Our day started out pretty much as they always do... one of Nicholas famous waffles and berries breffis, and sausages, with blueberries and raspberries.YUM!! I love these mornings, such a grand just hangout together time. Nicholas will at times share some of his fuds with William. Nicholas says his breffis is much better. I have to agree with him on that one. ;-) William gets pureed veggie fruit whatever, yesterday his mom sent pureed zucchini (euwww.... but he did like it), some berries, a few crackers or cheerios and milk. As always we watch one Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, play a game or two on the Kindle, and then we are out the door. What a day! We went swimming yesterday in the morning, and managed some dry weather trail and creek time after that, at Mesika trail. Both boys were plump tuckered out, so home for naps after the trail. After all, Swimming is HARD work! Awesome day! here's what I wrote about the day in last night's post: "Hi everyone! Hope the day has treated you well. We did remarkably well here. Rains stopped early, rest of the day was a 50/50 cloud blue sky thing, and not too bad for the temps, maybe 55 tops. Rains held off until the evening commute about 4 or so. No complaints here! They still say that tomorrow will be a soaker, 80/90%. Bummer! ;-) It was a good day here for the boys, well me too. Pool was great, Nicholas gave it his all today, not too bad considering he was up darn late after the Mariners baseball game last night. Played as well as he always does, worked on what he wanted to work on, then he was done. I love it how he will always tell me when he's ready to go. Nice that he knows his limits. Today just under two hours. We did just about everything today, per the norm. Even the buckets. cool! William was dropped off there about noon, so got them both fed and then hit the pool trail after that. I am grateful in a way for that trail. it's a decent one for them, feels like the great outdoors, has water, and berries, and I know I can get him some outdoor "hike" time, right after swim, before he crashes. It works. We learned more about skunk cabbage today, and took on a new subject: ferns, as they are stating to grow now. anyways- great time on the trail. William likes it too. He seems to feel that there are great sticks there. :lol: , but true..."

Nicholas wanted to take photos again yesterday. it is interesting what he wants to take pics of! Fun though, and he still seems interested in it all: Nick's Pics!

Normalcy in MusketeerVille! This morning things are very normal, very quiet... hmmmmmmmmmmm...... Its like they know the day after I have the boys that the bean is mega tired, so they chill out more than normal. Good Kitties! Once again Elsa has camped out on her spot on the sofa, Bug is in Mannie's bed, and Lola is on my lap. Quiet rules here this morning. I have written this so many times, but it still holds true: the mornings here are my some of my favorite times with the kitties. Stay this way today kitties. It is so quiet there this morning. We all had a great day yesterday - even the kitties. They have been extra cuddly, and extra good. None of them are too thrilled with the return of our rainy weather. Lola in particular. She goes from window to window and voices her opinion rather loudly. MEOW! Elsa goes to the slider, looks out, and then sulks, off to her bed. Bug just goes to nap and doesn't even look out, psychic that one. ;-) Last night I served one of Mannie's left over fuds. Merrick's Grammie's Pot Pie for dinner. Mannie LOVED that one... well, seems the Three Musketeers, aka Elsa, Lola and Bug, thought it was the worst thing ever. Elsa talked and complained to her bowl, Bug circled his with this pathetic look thrown my way with each circle, and Lola simply buried hers, complaining the whole time, :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: Normalcy in MusketeerVille!

Have a great day everyone. I am back on Nicholas and William duty today. The weather her is predicted to be very wet and rainy today. So... I will let the Activities Director pick the days activities. What will it be? The Aquarium? The Science Center? Kid's Museum? I dunno... and the suspense is killing me, :razz: I will try and get to condos when I can.... I am sorry I missed everyone yesterday. I did get the subject lines read though... thinking of you guys!

What a fun day yesterday. Swimming is definitely hard work, especially after a Mariners game. So jealous on that one. That is a bucket list for me for sure.

Oh kitties. They don't know what is good. Cracks me up their reactions. Kind of like their version of pureed zucchini. ;-) I hope you fed them some real food.

Morning Melissa It was! I love swim days. Time in the pool is great. It will be even better when we can get William going too. Me too on those games. I don't get to go very often.... gotta fix that! I too was laughing watching them take on the Merrick. Over the course of the evening they managed to finish most of it. :lol: :lol: Meows of joy this morning when I dished up the FF. :lol: THX on today. I suspect that the Activities Director will want to go and see the fishies.... cool!

Hi Everyone! I hope your ay has been great! We juggled rains and sun all day today, and never really could get much of a break to truly be able to get out anywhere, outdoors that is. When the rains came down it poured. Sun one minute rains 10 minutes later, and back and forth. what fun! not.... :roll: I hope your faired better. We did do the Aquarium, per request. That was fun, had a great time. We explored uncharted territory today, stairwells we have never used, elevators we have never been in. Nicholas had such fun with it all. Octopus were very active today: that was cool, as were the river otter. I found a ledge he could sit on and just watch them for a bit. That too was a big hit. The water fall there is now back in operation, so we had to make several trips there. lol. All in all, fun day with the fishies. The interactive with the whales however was out for repair. per the little guy : "What a bummer! I guess it ran out of battery juice" LOL, true that is what he said... : ) We never did take the waterfront park - every time we thought about it the skies opened up big time. So it was back to the car and car camped for lunch #2. Sometimes that is as much fun as lunch out. it was home for naps after that. LOL: wore them out once again. I will post the Picassa link in tomorrow's condo. Have a great evening everybody!

Hi Michelle,

Finally the board seemss to be moving better. I've not had good luck posting today. Your day yesterday and your day today sounded full of fun. What a whirlwind it is with the boys. The aquarium was a perfect place to be on a "weather" day.
I haven't been able to look at your pics because I am getting timed out waiting to get back to the condo itself. So it goes.

Hi Ella - for me too on the Board, I just haven't been able to post much. THX, the past couple of days have been great. Full of fun too! Whirlwind is a very good description, as we are constantly on the go They seem to like it that way. I kinda do too. The Aquarium was a good choice for today. There re some parts that re outdoors too. Bummer on your seeing the pics, but I know how that goes. I have been having problems with that too. -- a big yes on the kitties and Mannie's fuds. Very comical! I love their reactions. Some of it they like, alot of it they don't: not Merrick fans at all. :lol: THX on tomorrow - I hope for good weather too.
