We're still clearing the bounce...Back to using the AlphTrak for now until I nearly run out of strips.

Use compartmentalized timed feeder is supposed to come today. I can't wait to not have to get up at 3 am. For some reason he was still crying today, even after the 3am morning feeding. I can't wait for his appetite to come back down to earth.

it took mine a while to adapt to the feeder....
I had to wake up and show the feeder..... but the smell helps..... when they are hungry.... they know there is food in there....
it also helps the food stay fresher when you add some water ... stirred in really well.... keeps those crunchy edges from forming....

I hope George comes down from those high preshot values soon! I want to hear how the autofeeder works for you as I'm considering trying one. Which type did you get?

We did a trial round with the feeder right away and they didn't have any trouble finding it. I hope it works out! It will be a dream to sleep through the night again!

The one I purchased has 5 compartments (4 functioning, as one is exposed). The link is http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000GEWHNS/?tag=felinediabetesfdmb-20 The reason why I opted for the 5 slot feeder was because I have two cats and the one is much too clever for his own good and some of the reviewers posted pictures of their cats breaking into the feeder with ease. hahaha.... I didn't want to play that game!
