430 at +4. I've considered only giving R on the first cycle of a bounce, but now that he's occasionally breaking bounces on the very next cycle after they begin, I can't even safely do that anymore.
I was starting to see a pattern of a 1 cycle bounce, followed by a 5-6 cycle bounce, but there has been too much recent variability (late/early shots, R, and dose change) to be able to rely on the data when making a decision about what to feed or whether to give R.

Remember NDW could be another variable. Hope Chino likes the new dose and comes down easy.

His BG is dropping at a safe rate, so he probably isn't going to break the bounce tonight. If his BG keeps going down by 90 mg/dL every 2 hours, he'll be in he 150s around +8. On the bright side, I'll get 7.5 hours of sleep tonight...
