Good morning!

I questioned myself whether I fed Zoey from the wrong can when I was cleaning up last night. Based on this morning's numbers, I would say I did. The two cans of food on the counter had labels that looked identical other than the words "special diet" missing from the higher carb can.

Double checked and triple checked that she was fed properly this morning. We shall see how fast she runs down today in an effort to get to those warm waters.

What a lot of us do is take a permanent marker and write the carb % on the top of each can so we can quickly glance at it and make sure we're feeding what we want to be feeding.

I finally took the medium and high carb foods and put them in an entirely different place than the "regular" foods so I didn't have to worry about them!

Don't worry about though....what goes up, must come down! ....and I'm sure Zoey loved the "treat"!

I bet Zoey thought it was her birthday when the higher carb food showed up last night! She'll get over it just fine, though I also had to write on the cans to avoid mix-ups - all I did was write "High Carb" on anything I didn't want fed as standard - it also meant that if I was out and Rosa went low, I could quite easily ask Michael to feed her some high carb food because it was all marked.
