Hello. Hope you all are well, and so are your babies. For the first time Max had a good BG reading this morning. We are now at 2.5 units 2x a day. I have to stay with him today and test him constantly to make sure he doesn't go below 40. Don't know if this is a break through or an anomaly. He seems to have high readings in the evenings and much lower readings in the morning. I'm wondering if he may need a different dose in the morning than in the evening. I'll have to look into that.

Beautiful blue morning! With Lantus because of the shed it does best if the same dose is given both morning and evening.

Mel, Yes, so, I'm not sure what to do if his numbers are always so disparate morning and night. Saw your post about Musette. So glad you were able to save her! I didn't get a chance to read all of it, but I skimmed it.

Really hard to tell since his spreadsheet isn't up to date so I have no clue what kind of a trend you have been seeing in his numbers.
