Thank you for all the visits and anniversary wishes yesterday! It is incredible that it has been a full year now. I still have Trix's last pen in the fridge!!
She does seem to be eating much better now that she's had two doses of the AB. It is so odd, but I have to assume that the problem lies with her teeth, although I'll probably never know for sure. She's no longer abruptly stopping eating after a few enthusiastic bites....now she's back to eating a fair amount, then turning her head away when she's done- this is her version of "normal". When I gave her her 10:30pm snack last night, she absolutely chowed! She was less enthusiastic at midnight, but that's OK...the 10:30 snack did make up for it.
Very typical start this morning....decent appy with vocal Mannie Fuds Dance, but not off the charts just yet. But the rituals and behaviors fall into her normal range. She's quite spunky, bright-eyed, and playful!
We did have a little bit of "weirdness" last night (there really is no other way to describe it, since it's not like her usual "I don't feel well/I feel nauseated" response), but it was briefer than it had been. It does almost seem like a pain response - she kind of gets in a zone. It does seem to happen shortly after fluids more consistently than any other time. I'm making mental notes and will probably talk to vetty about it soon.
Time to start getting ready for work...have a great day, L&LL!
