On the Lantus board, we encourage people to shoot if numbers are above 150. If you ever have a question, please ask, like you did tonight. In order for us to know that you have a question, could you edit your subject like to indicate that you need a hand? Something like, "dose ?" will usually get people's attention.

That said, if it won't throw you completely off schedule, I'd shoot. Your AM shot will be 12 hours from whenever you shoot.

I agree with Sienne. His PMPS is still pretty high. I think it would also be a good idea to shoot.
