Re: 4/23 Nonnie AMPS 402 +6 397 +10 431 PMPS 484

i think it was smart of you to go up to 0.7u tonight. sorry no one saw your post before you shot tonight - the board has been wonky for several days! fortunately tonight it seems back to usual.

just fyi, sometimes it works better to go up in 0.25u increments and then shave doses down. See what this does, but if it doesn't help you might need a larger increment for the increase.

good call. let's hope that brings Nonnie back down!

Good luck with the dosecrease, Phyllis. I know it's hard to see those high numbers.

Come on, Nonnie, work that extra bit of juice!

I agree with Julie..if this .7 doesn't do something to move Nonnie's numbers, you should probably go up the full .25 (although 1 unit would be a little more than a .25 increase, it might be easier for you to measure when it's "on the line"...but it's too soon to worry about that)

I know you're nervous about it since he seemed to be so sensitive earlier, but what's most important is being consistent with dosing (and I don't know how you're doing it....More power to you for trying!!)

His numbers definitely show he's not responding as he was though (and that happens! One week it's too much..the next it's not enough..and the next it's too much again)

Generally, we do the .25 increases, and then when we're pretty sure that they're "in between" doses, then we start "dialing it in" by doing the microdosing.

Hopefully none of it will be necessary though and Nonnie will get with the program and come on down to some nice low blues and safe greens on the .7 soon!

Good luck with the dosecrease!

Thank you all! I will try to test again during the night but may just try 1.0 in the am, since he is continually high. That would be more like a 0.75 dose increase and I think I could be more consistent. I'm not as panicky with the lower numbers than I used to be as I've got all my supplies ready... Paws crossed!

I think I'd try the .75 first....at least it's a little easier to measure since you want the "line" that the black plunger makes right in between the .5 and 1 unit.

Going up .4 is a little too much...want to be safe first!

Don't remember if I've posted these pictures of common microdoses or not, but it helps to see where you're "looking for"

Good luck!
