Two pretty nice cycles and two barely green pre-shots but back up to blue this morning. I took him up just a few drops this morning to see if he will come down a little lower. I should have given him .15mm more but it was just .10mm and I reset the calipers for tonight. All of a sudden he is fighting his gelcap two mornings in a row. I must be slipping in my technique. He ate his baby food because it was Gerbers which I need to finish before it goes bad and is now meowing like crazy even though he has ff . He has stopped coming in to help me measure his insulin and prefers to meow from afar. Silly boy.

Thanks, Chris. His nadir is usually okay but he's been higher otherwise so this is a tiny increase to see if I can bring him into green more often without dropping his nadir too low. I hope it's possible to do that because I'm not at all fond of the 40's.

Well, I went through 5 test strips tonight. I guess there was too much neosporin even though I tried to wipe it off. I just couldn't get blood and wasted a couple that way and got a couple errors so when I got a number it was with the Arkray which sometimes reads a little lower. Other times they are identical or within a few points. So I'll see where he's at in a couple of hours. He did eat at PMPS so that's good.

Thanks Ruth. I haven't gotten any new strips yet and won't for a long time because I bought so many of the old Relions. I hear they are much better though. Are you using them?
