4/23 Curry AMPS~72 making progress on intercat aggression

All is well in CurryLand. This is one of the lowest bgs she has shown in a long time. Sweet.

Last Sunday I started bringing Curry into the livingroom w/Sid. Curry in a crate which she sits in w/out any problems. Sid was initially about 24 feet away by my bedroom door. Last night Sid ventured to about 12 feet of Curry. No hissing from either cat. Then I put Curry on a harnass and threw her treats outside her crate. It was funny. Curry was wanting to go back into her crate with Sid in the room. I didn't see any aggressive posturing from Curry at any time. They are still eating together at about 9 feet from one another. That seems to be the set point for Sid for now. Making progress...wooohoooo.

YAY! That is great - no hissing or aggression. I can only imagine what an ordeal this has been, but it is good to read that the progress continues. I hope in time it will all be well.
