Good morning LL!

We have an owl who has decided to take up residence in a tree just outside our bedroom window. It's very cool to hear him at night, but the fur kids get a little jumpy. Charlie has to go out at least once in the night to let it know who is boss. :lol: This morning, DH had to leave at 4 for work so we were outside barking at the owl from 4 - 4:30. I'm sure my neighbors loved that. :lol: Tarragon didn't want to get out of bed when the alarm went off at 5:30 and neither did I. Happy furry purry this morning with only 4 p's. I'm sure the 5th will be there waiting for me when I get home today.

Mr T! What are you doing on the pink floor... You can see the owl from the blue floor too, so down so you. How fun wiht the owl. we get a few of them here too now and then, in from the woods nearby.

Hi Melissa. Hope Tarragon has the 5th P and a lower BG number waiting for you when you get home. Owls are neat but they eat meat. When we were in Alaska an eagle swooped down and took our camping neighbor's little yorkie. The park ranger said it's not uncommon but they lose more pets to owls than eagles. Of course I imagine Charlie is a bit large for an owl.

Summer is near s I home they have your pool finished for you. Have a great day.

Wow on the owl. Do you know what kind it is? I have a picture of Rusty in which he looks exactly like a Great Horned Owl!

Yeah, be careful if it's a big owl. But, I do think it's really neat that you get to hear him at night. I'll bet everyone gets used to his who?'s :lol:

DH says its a horned owl. We can hear two. They seem to talk to each other. He has seen the one close to the house up close and it is big.
 
Oh what a fun picture of Rusty.
I had to go double check that Charlie was drooler and not a cat.
Cats get taken by the bigger owls around here ( and foxes and coyotes)
Owls are pretty neat unless they keep you from sleeping. @-)
