Good morning LL!

Happy furry purry guy with all 5 p's. Nothing new to report. Yay! Tarragon slept with his beans all night and made sure we looked ok before we left for tbp. He was snuggled in his cave when I left since rain and storms are moving in.

DH brought another "lost" puppy home after his run last night. We found the owner quick and got Luna back to her family. I have banned DH from the trail since he seems to be stealing them. We have been contemplating getting a black lab puppy this summer so Charlie can help us train it. We hadn't realized how old Charlie is getting until we had the puppy for a few hours this weekend. He will always be 5 years old to me, but just turned 11. It would be nice to have him help us with a new one since he is the perfect dog. We will see what happens.

It's a big weekend for us. (Actually the next couple will be.) Saturday DH runs a marathon and Mason and I have a half marathon here in town. Then Mason and I drive to OKC and run the half marathon Sunday for the bombing memorial.

My Will, a black lab cross, will be 11 this summer. Been here over two years now. A good, good dog. But a puppy? OMG. Couldn't do it here. I'm exhausted all the time as it is.

Nice start today for Tarragon. I too always loved that once over before I left the house for the day, Mannie did that too. Bug seems to have taken his place in making sure I did ok. Kinda fun when they do.
