Hi Everyone,

Stu is going higher and higher. I guess he misses his house and his garden. He is full of energy and had a good night making sure I, my DH, and my DS were aware of his presence. (DS got the brunt of it because she was sleeping on the floor in a sleeping bag.) At 3 A.M. he vomited 3 large hairballs! It was lots of fun. I bought a CatMate 20C yesterday and it worked fine last night. Stu accepted it right away. I like the fact that it has an ice block that goes underneath the feeding trays.
My mammogram was fine yesterday. Today I am going on an all-day bike ride to Forest Park in Queens with my old cycling group. DH will be in and out to check on Stu. DS is heading back to Syracuse after picking up her grandson in CT, where he was visiting another grandson.
I won't be posting again until this evening, but plan to get a +2 and then hopefully a +9. Everyone have a great day. Stu says hi to all his friends. He had a great time at Boomer's party. That might be why he was so wound-up last night!!

Boy Ella are you in Good Shape!! Biking that far! I know where Forest Park is!! Have a great time--Stu you come down from there!!!
He must be stressed out a little--Hope you have a great DAY!!! :mrgreen:

Sounds like a nice trip. Stu sounds like a seasoned traveller compared to Tess. Take her on a trip? In my dreams!

Hi again, I don't know what Stu's nadir might have been, but +8.5 is 130 and I'm satisfied with that after the high morning numbers. I had a great day on my bike riding about 27 miles with my old bike group (got to keep moving!). Forest park was lovely with all the trees in full leaf (in the Adirondacks the trees are just coming into bud). Stu and DH enjoyed lunch together and Stu was sleeping on the window sill when I got back. Off now to visit some condos.

Hey Traci, Betty, and anyone else who feels at loose ends because their cats are OTJ, We love you all, we miss you, too, and you are always welcome in any LL condo (or a daily or weekly rental). Tell us how those kitties like their food (or don't like it), how their Ps are, what they've been up to in their daily lives as cats. And be sure to help the new beans who have just found out their cats are diabetic and need your support. You have important roles to play here. You are appreciated. You persevered and got your cats OTJ. Wow! there's a lot to do!

Glad Stu came down from the pinks. You sure are one active bean. Good for you taking such a great long ride. Hope you had fun with your old friends. I need to get myself inspired and follow your lead. Sounds like ya'll are busy with lots of activities. I can't believe Stu will ride in a car like that. hank hyperventilated just going 10-15 minutes to the vet.

I am so glad that Stu came down to a nice shade of blue for you. Stu really gets around, doesn't he. A cat of the world! And you, Ella....a 27 mile bike ride, how awesome is that! I am not worthy of your company, lol!!!
 
Looks like Stu might even go lower tonight. He was a stitch at dinner. Hopped up on the table to inspect our plates. Until recently he hasn't been able to hop up on tables. He's taken a great interest in our high-carb food. In fact, he's taken a great interest in just about everything lately. This is wonderful to see. Everyone have a great evening.

P.S. 27 miles in easy terrain is not a big deal. Now, if it had been in the Adirondacks, that's another story!!
 
Look at that PMPS!!!!!! Whoo Hoo Stu! Moonie is so proud of you! She was 135 tonite!!-You two are talking again??
Ella you must be in great shape-Wish I could go biking, actually I'm glad I can walk :lol: :lol: :lol:
Enjoy the rest of your stay!! Forest Park is very pretty--Come out to L.I. we have some amazing biking areas..HUGS~!

Wow, what a great PM # for Stu. That's great.

I love biking too. It was a little too cold out here tonight. I just got a new bike complete with one of those bike bells. :lol: I need it around here because there's tons of foot traffic along the beach and no one moves! So annoying! Sounds like you had a nice day.
