Hello everyone and Happy Weekend!
Yesterday Ducia had both - one Lime Green (on the F0.5 depot
) and the Pink bouncy night. The dose was reduced to about 0.7U last night and this AM of 4/22 we gave 0.7U, too.
Bad news: right after injecting some insulin came out from under the skin. "Oozed out" as someone posted only yesterday about her cat @Darnell & Sprocket .
But it definitely wasn't a fur-shot.
Our guess: the same three sites were used for injections for almost two months now - we rotate R side- belly-L side daily; it is possible that sort of a callous/fiber like tissue has developed underneath these sites due to constant use. Solution: use other sites like R&L flanks and see if that helps. I pray whatever oozed out was insignificant but it was for the 1st time that I actually saw wet fur and not only smelt the insulin

Good news: gut feelings from pre-shot time this AM about having an active cycle seems to be confirmed at +1.5 test, 50p down - 90 min since Tablespoon of meal (large portion for Ducia). Perhaps I should listen to the gut voice more often.
Reason for taking the test at an unusual time - odd behavior.
