4/22 Daniel OTJ update!

Hi LL! That was some party yesterday. Thank you all for the loads of congratulations and well wishes.

Well Daniel and Kassy have still had very poor appetites! I haven't managed to get them to eat a whole can in the past two days. I think Dannys eaten around 2/3rds of a can, but Kass... maybe less than half. Plus I found a nice stinky mushy dark colored poops in the box this morning. I think it was D because I heard him in the box when I got in. So I'm thinking they've got hookworms, which really doesn't surprise me. I just hope it's not something else, and I'm not sure with them both refusing to eat. Luna had worms when we went to the vet and has been dewormed, guess a little to late! Plus I probably can't get to the vet with them! It's Good Friday... dang. Has anyone used the Revolution for hookworms with good results?

Update on Luna, she's doing good. Surgery site looks to be healing up nicely, she's eating really well, and is over being a bathroom cat. Well I'd be over it too. I let her out today to chill with the others, probably let her stay out as long as no one gets aggressive with her. She too had a dark colored poops in the box this morning. *sighs* what is it with the poop today! XD

I'll still be coming around here guys, though I should probably post somewhere else since we're no longer on Lantus, I just don't know where!
 
Sorry your kitties aren't feeling well. I hope they get better quickly. It may be a result of parasites. If one kitty had them it's very possible the others do too. A warm humid climate and kitties going outside make this very likely. Good luck!

I think Revolution is a good product to use for many reasons...prevention and treatment of fleas, worms, heartworm, ear mites.

We are so happy that you want to stay here in the community of Lantus! Visit lots of kitty condos... all doors are open and welcoming to you! Lots of OTJ kitty owners are still here. It's a friendly place! :-D It seems weird at first to be 'homeless' but occasionally there may be a condo just for conversations and fun stuff. If I had anything interesting to say this morning I'd open it, but I'm boring today. hahahaha!! :lol:

I am glad Luna is recovering well. :-D

I use revolution on my cats - I find it to be a great product, and we have not, in several years, had a problems with any of the issues the product is designed to prevent. Maybe ask on health?
