Mr. Chaz is having a very good week - several days with some great numbers, but also still catching 40s. Looking for advice on whether we should reduce again, from 3.00 to 2.75 or too soon? TIA.

Yes, he's earned that reduction fair and square this time. Good catch! The larger depot should be drained by now, it's the 3.0 units talking.
