Yesterday was such a nice day for Mannie. It wasn't green, but it was steady, it was blue, and it was another in a series on low blue non bouncy non divey cycles. I couldn't be happier for him. I am glad him internal parts seem to think this is a good deal. Now maybe they will let me support them, and him. Paws crossed. You've done well Mannie! cat_pet_icon We have a 215 this morning - what a sunny yellow start. We hope for good things today too. :-D

We had a few moments of sun yesterday. Mannie was thrilled - he got to go out and work on his tan, and he got to be away from the baby. :shock: :lol: :lol: He did make an attempt to check things, aka baby Nicholas, out, and came and sat on the sofa with me and Nicholas. progress, and go MR MACHO! all was well until Nicholas decided his lungs needed exercising. Faster than greased lightning moved the Nanner King. POOF!, and he was back downstairs. :roll: :roll: :lol: :lol: :lol: All is well and back to normal in MannieLand this morning... breffis = clean plate club, testing = purrs, fuds = nom nom nom, nanners = bliss, auto feeder = forget it, contentment, happiness. I give it an hour tops, and then the baby will be here. ahhh Mannie... he's a cutie, and destined to be your best friend. There is no need to flee the scene. :roll:

Have a great day everyone! I have my DGS again today (SWEET!) - I just don't know how many condos I can get to today. Know that I am thinking of you all, and hope you and your kitties have a great day.

KITCHEN KREW!!! Much to do today - we have Daniel's OTJ party - in sunny Florida! So grab your aprons and chef hats and ladles and let's go. Much prep work and cooking to do. SWEET! He's freaking me out, and my bean says I need to tough it out.... whatever THAT means...

Beautiful numbers for Mr. Mannie yesterday - I keep showing them to Ms. Zoe and telling her how good they are and that she should try them. She said she would think about it!

Sweet - Party in FL - its going to be a beautiful day here - are we making this a pool party? I'm a little tired from yesterday, but I'm ready to party again today. Great report for the Nanner King! I'm glad I read your condo today because it made me smile just imagining Mannie running away at the first sign of Nicholas exercising his lungs :lol: My poor Spot does that when he's sitting on my lap getting his lovin and my cell phone, which is right next to us goes off. Never see him run so fast, lololol. Funny furries they are!

Hope today proves to be another wonderful day for you and Mannie and DGS! Have a great day...and Mannie, not sure if Spot will be able to join the crew today, his siblings are feeling under the weather and he may want to stay at home with them to make sure they are ok. But you all have fun, I'm sure Spot would like that!!

Hi Michelle, looking good for Mannie! It sounds like Mannie is okay with DGS until the crying. I bet soon he will get used to it. I haven't ordered the nanners yet; thought I'd see if I can find them in a pet store first. I found FF Seafood Feast for 49 cents in a grocery store today, cheaper than the pet store.

Hey Mannie, wait for me. My Bean has been gone for a while, but I'm almost ready. Can't wait for the party ~ Maggie

Hi Ann - and yes on DGS - all is OK until he cries. Though we did better this afternoon, he didn't flee, just went about 20 yards away. progress!! As long as there was no crying he'd sit about 10 feet away, and just watch. At one point I found him napping by the baby's toy basket. :shock: :cool: --- I believe that Petco may sell the nanners?? Someone ( I think it was Deb of Deb and Spot) told me she had seen them there. ?? and FF @ $.49 a con? wow - good deal!

Have you checked out Target for FF? I always used to find it for 47¢ there, but haven't looked in a while. They are totally remodeling ours and it's a mess. :?

Hi Ann - this boy is on a roll - another blue one: YAY! and thank anybody for the baby progress. I haven't been to Target - no. Our is such a "mess" to get too, parking is awful, so I kind of tend to go elsewhere. Might be worth the trek though to see what ones they carry. Petsmart and Petco here are anywhere from $.79 to $1.19. :roll:

Checking in kind of late tonight to see what Mannie has been up to. It looks like he has been up to quite a lot tonight. Hope he doesn't slide down too much more and stays in the nice high green numbers for a quiet evening.

Love that he is sitting next to the baby for a little bit, until the crying starts. Progress can happen with tiny baby steps!

never thought about looking at target for cat food, but the nearest is 15 miles away anyway. good price though. i get it at our food warehouse chain for 67c if it's not on sale, 59cents if it is. there are often $1 coupons if you buy 24 cans at a time - and since we go through 5 cans a day that isn't really much.

Wow! Looks like I picked quite the night to be off the radar!! Look at Mannie go!!! Somebody's itching for a decrease!! Sounds like you all had a lovely day today! 3 month olds are always quite the fun. Just learning that they have the power to affect the behavior of others, and suddenly aware that there is soooo much to see! No time to sleep!!! :lol: :lol:

FYI for all the FF fans, Petco has on sale 30 cans for $16.50. If you can get the Sunday paper coupons that are currently out there, there is a coupon for $1 off 18 cans and there is also a Buy 3 get 1 free coupon for the cheddar varieties (there are also peelie coupons on many fancy feast cans in store for the same deal). Buy 18 cans of whatever flavor you like and 12 cans of cheddar ones. Use 1 $1/18 coupon and 3 of the B3G1 coupons and pay $0.46/can. Plus, your purchase before coupons will count towards the spend $100 get $5 pet perks reward. Save the cheddar varieties for your high carb pile. If you buy a lot of fancy feast or any other brand that often has coupons, you can go to ebay or various coupon clipping sites and get bulk numbers of coupons for pretty low cost. For example, right now I found an ebay seller with 20 $1 off 18 FF can coupons for $1.75 with free shipping. If you're buying that many individual cans, it's definitely worth your money! I also buy petco gift cards on ebay or through a gift card site at a discount (electronic only ones go the cheapest), so that brings the cost down as well.

And for anyone who's watched that monstrosity of a show "Extreme Couponing," no, I don't have 2000 cans of cat food under my bed. :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

Hi Marje - :lol: :lol: on hunting for the fuds... they are always there, though a bit dusty. :lol: :lol: I was hoping i wouldn't have to dig out the 18%, but for him the 50's almost require it. He's headed up some now, so hoping that by +6 i can cut the carbs back even more... I hope too that he can stay on this dose for a while - it is a good one for him, lots of healing numbers. so.... paws crossed!
