Just catching up on Larry. So glad to see he responded to the dose decrease. I am thinking he may need another one soon, but lets watch what he does on this dose for another few days.
I know, what I am suggesting does not fall under the usual guidelines. He is not getting down to the blues and greens. But he did drop when you dropped the dose, and that tells me he might still be getting too much insulin, which is panicking his liver and making it through out glucose.
I know of what I speak, Sammy the magnificent otj_icon girl taught me much on how Every Cat is different. Sometimes you just have to go on a hunch.

ok, ty linda. what makes me sad is he is hiding in the closet again. mostly stays int here all day. he went from sleeping, totally out of it, on the bed, looking out the window, being a little social...to this. he just lays there. when i see him, hes not curled and sleeping, hes just staring out. i feel sad for him. he does talk to me at mealtime, which is cute, he hadnt done that in yrs. til recently. hes a very very quiet boy.
