Happy Easter Monday.............

Halfway there and Davidson is still going strong for some amazing reason yet to be know.

Yesterday's condo: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=117520

Today AMBG 73

His UTI came out clean, yet there still seemed to be a trace of blood in his urine which the Vet thinks just might have to do with the FD, so got another sample going to the Vet in an hour and will test again (he's doing it at no charge) just to make sure all is clear and worse case scenario is Davidson goes on AB's for another week. The litter is looking much clearer to my eyes when he goes in it, and today got a clean pee sample from plastic and will get the results once the Vet comes in. I'm not worried as Davidson is not in any pain or discomfort and just might be a little lingering infection. He tested negative for keytones today as well.

I'm not expecting anything other then nice green numbers and being optimistic that Davidson continues his trend. Harley & I love him no matter what he does.............

:RAHCAT Go Davidson Go! Go all the way to OTJ. :RAHCAT

Finally able to get on to cheer Davidson on during day 7 of his OTJ trial.

(Darn board wonkiness. So frustrating. )

PMBG 62

Another nice ending to the day with the sun just going down. GREAT to see the other's on the OTJ trial and see how well they are all doing..........Davidson said if they can do it - he can do it!! He still jumps up several times per day looking to get tested. He'll soon find out there won't be anything but will continue to give him treats just for being trained and a good boy these past few months.

Oh - Vet started him on another week of AB's just to clear up the last of the infection he must have a still a very small trace of blood in his pee...........also said to give him 200mg of Vitamin C per day as he doesn't drink much water since switching to wet foods. Started to add water just to give him a bit extra as that will flush out the infection faster............said it is normal for FD cats..........main thing is Davidson doesn't feel ill, tired, sore, etc............as I've put him through the paces.

Being the Crown Prosecutor during his Trial I am not being easy on him..........well, okay just a bit. Hard to be tough on a Guy when he purr's like a freight train all day long and sticks his tongue out at me!!

Hope you all had a great day!

Shawna

Between you and Shelly, it's like a game of who can go lowest. Are we going for records here or what? Holy cow! Impressive.

Congrats on Day 7, Shawna and Davidson! When one of the civies had a UTI, the vet recommended giving him extra water, too - but only purified water since tap water contains a lot of minerals. I don't know if it really makes a difference - I'm sure the more experienced members can chime in on that. Anyway...it's just something I thought I would mention!

Sending lots of healing vines to Davidson for the infection!
Shelly
