Haha! Guess some men just can't admit they like cats! ;)

105 at +6 so rising nicely. Think I will call it a night. There's some 8% carb food out but I could throw a bit of higher carb on top. These cats are in heaven tonight! Maybe a lock box for the syringes.... ;)
 
I guess not - maybe dogs are more 'manly' as far as they're concerned!! ;)

I think he'll be just fine now for the night - that's a good rise in 30 minutes. He's probably good with the 8% but if you're worried you could give a little bit more of the higher carb too. And yes, I think a lock box for the syringes might be in order - you don't want them thinking they can get the high carb food every night!! ;)
 
That's good to know about the running! Maybe I need to think about that when I'm seeing 400s on the meter!
 
Exercise does definitely make a difference - both in humans and cats. I think encouraging him to play if his numbers are high certainly wouldn't do any harm and might well bring them down a bit!
 
Izzy is destroying an entire box of Kleenex right now.... LOL
So, off to Walmart tomorrow for a lock box and Kleenex. Also test strips and more higher carb food in case they figure the lock box out! Lol!

I'm not sure what it is with cats and Kleenex - I've never met a cat that could resist destroying them!! ;)
