I posted last about a week ago. Since then, I started backwards from 4 units Lantus twice daily to 2 units twice daily per your suggestions that possibly my vet increased Baxter too quickly. Please check out his blood sugar numbers. I'm hoping this weekend to get more +6's. Per this forum's guidelines, I increased him to 2.5 units after 3 days. So, need some feedback here. Should I keep increasing him by .5 units twice daily if his BS are still running over 300?? Thanks! (Also....how do I link this post to a previous post so that there's continuity?)
