Attie was up and visited the LB early, then a game of chase with MudCats, and lots of early fuds begging. Testing has revealed a sunny yellow number and not dreaded pinks or reds from last nights adventure to the basement!

Now for the matter of figuring a doscrease from 2.5s,
Attie is not in numbers from a bounce as I anticipated. In fact, I think he is low this morning all things considered although he may still continue to rise. Now I am supposed to figure a 2.25 vs. 2.5s. I looked and looked at the syringe this morning and just can't tell the difference. And honestly, I am almost kinda scared the 2.25 is still going to be too much with left over shed action, as we knew this decrease was lurking out there as a 3rd drop below 50.
Hmmm....gonna have to maybe cut back on my melatonin...
Yesterday's weather condo comment:
Whew....what a wild night weather wise last night. Wind blowing so hard I thought it was a tornado coming through. Woke me up and then kept me up for a bit.
Went out to take down what has been Gary's Winter Lodge for the past two years. It does need repairs, but more because I saw two more new cats using it. :? The straw is all nested up, so that was removed too. It needs to be replaced anyway. But there is the more pressing issue of two unfixed cats shacked up in it.
Quite a while back I commented there was a Gary look-a-like and that I may have been supporting two Gary cats. Well morning daylight confirmed the Gary look-a-like, but I think it is a female! And last night MudCat notified me of a big black tomcat now in the area....can you say ...kittens? So as soon as the office opens at the Animal Warden's Office I'll call in about those two. They will end up at our No Time Limit shelter.
Everyone on the block chuckles a bit...as they all end up here to get help. And I know our shelter will be forced to help them by going through the warden...
PS. I have not been feeding since Gary came inside. The black cat looks like he has a URI.

After the past few days I've had, your report brought a most welcome smile to my face.
I spoke with the neighbor today and she says they have seen the big black cat too. In fact made a comment was made he was making a beeline for my backyard. Ugh!!!! I told them Gary was now inside and we have not been putting any fuds out for the past 8 weeks or longer.
She laughed at me. Her response was ...you are going to have another one.
Uh...no I am not. My hands are full. I told her about the 'other' Gary at that is most likely female. No feral kittens ...no way...not without shelter support.
I am sorry to say things this way, but I'm fed up with being the 'go to' for stray cats! I do not have the financial means to care for a colony...nor does the neighborhood want them. I go through this every year of several cats getting turned in.
Turn about is I do foster for them normally. But, with the Gary situation and the shelter refusing him...I can't help! grumpy_cat grr_red grumpy_cat grr_red grr_red
