am i doing this right:
on wet can of cat food...add up all the numbers given on can, subtract from 100...result is carb% ???
i keep reading things and it seems like that is right until i read further amd then it gets more complicated...not sure if im supposed to do more calculations after this first one for WET can foods

Here is an online calculator for just that purpose

You put in the values in correct boxes hit calculate and voila it give you carb percentage. It does give wet and dry matter carbs you want the dry matter number to the right
