Simon ate all his fuds last night, although I had to give him MC food in order for him to eat it. But that is ok -- better to eat than not eat. This morning, he ate about half of the food and I syringed the rest. All meds in place -- bupe, Pepcid, Ondansetron, and Cerenia. Also giving fluids this morning and this evening. He still s lethargic and not wanting to leave his bed. He is still turning down all treats, except for temptations. I guess that is a good thing that he still wants the Temptations! Missy senses him being sick and I caught her licking his neck yesterday. Much better than the hissing she gave him when he got back from ER.

I have to go to work today, but will come back at lunch to check on my boy. Also going to call Simon's vet to give the update and any ideas from him.

Thanks again for all your support. I'm sorry I haven't been able to post on condos much lately.

Morning Georgia :coffee::coffee::coffee:

Healing vines for Simon! I did not realize he was/is sick. A p'titis flare? It is good that he ate for you. I had to do the same with Mannie when he had them: whatever it took, often gravy foods, just to get him to eat. I did the treats thing too, those he would alwyas eat. I hope Simon feels better quickly. How sweet with Missy taking care of him.

Have a great day today. I hope all goes well. Sorry I missed you yesterday.

:bighug::bighug:It is important that Simon eats, even if it is higher carb food. I hope he starts feeling better soon. Sending prayers.

Simon is feeling a little better. Ate all his lunch and snack and 90% of his dinner. Yay! I am getting ready to give him his PM fluids. I will keep up the 2x/day fluids and give bupe for pain. And make sure he eats! Your appetite vines and feel better vines are helping so much!
