Last Night:
PMPS~269 (pred)
+5.5~267 (kibble)
(kibble overnight/early a.m.)

Well, I was certainly not expecting a number like this! Especially since I was awaken early to her noise at the water bowl and munching on kibble. Thats usually dropping behavior. Pred was given before I knew her ps #, which is a shame. Even more so because of my schedule I would of had to give it then anyway. :YMSIGH: I am just going to keep telling myself she is bouncing and there is nothing I can do about it.

On the bright side - She appears more bright and animated than yesterday, so far. Since she ate overnight and right before shot, I am not stressing about food and low numbers. She took her pred treat, unlike last night. So no pills. She even went outside (eagerly) for a few minutes to have a chat with the birds.

I am home until +2. Back around +8, and gone again between +10.5 and pmps +5 or later. PM pred will be 1.5hrs early (so high p,s. expected). Amy shoots p.m. I have asked Latte to please be the sweet girl she is, and cooperate.

Day 2 of 11 has begun! Attitude check good!

Good to hear Latte is keeping an eye on those birds. A little food, water, and birds-great way to start her day (even if she has that color in her chart).

Full Moon is not until next Wednesday Carolyn....this is only a half moon tomorrow... :YMSIGH: I don't know WHAT our two are doing now....it's a week too early!
As far as Shadow is concerned, when his bounce breaks it can be very surprising and very sudden. I realize that I have gotten into a rut with my testing and have not tested on the off hours so much anymore. I am taking your advice to test more often now....bit I know that he can/will drop suddenly within an hour anyway, so I can only do so much....right? thank you for your help with looking at his SS... I really appreciate your thoughts! :YMHUG:

Awwww.... glad she was interested in outside and the birds this am! Looking forward to seeing princess Huff & Puff tonight...and I'm sure there will be very little huffing or puffing!

Will post an update after I get home post shot. Have a good day, and don't worry about us!

dang! I cant think of any damage control...only because of my schedule. She is going to break high records tonight, unless this is a bounce and magically clears.

I'm glad she got up to greet me for some skritches and is out in the hallway now.

Good news, tho! I do not have to work tonorrow night! So I will have almost 22hrs off! :D

came down a bit from when Carolyn called me at work... +10.5 I think mid 400's - Carolyn can add it.

Princess Huff & Puff did a little of that tonight...but she was a really, really good girl. Since I did well this weekend testing her under the piano, she decided to see how good I really was. ;-) She decided she wasn't going to just sit and watch me test, but make it more of a challenge. (Girlfriend....Winston the Cujo cat trained me... :smile: ) We did juuuuuuust fine, and still got it fast and in 1! cat_pet_icon

Even after the imagined abuse and 2 different shots, she licked some baby food off the spoon for me, but decided she'd rather have a bath under the piano than play with her peacock feathers. :lol:

I'm sure she was meowing in eagerness and excitement when I told her I'd be back in a couple of days... ;-) She's SO dang cute!

She was on her throne when I got home, greeted me on her rug for pets, and so much softer than I left her. You can tell she feels much better. Those high numbers really affect her entire being. It was a giant sigh of relief to see her +6. I was so worried when I had to give her pred @ a number of 445! There really was no choice.

She is good, Amy did great, and I am exhausted. Day 3 begins in less than 6 hrs.
