So...his BG keeps climbing. I am getting more tests today. If DS holds to his part. However, I am thinking either I do a dosecrease or stop the switch or leap off the cliff and just complete the switch and drp the pred?. I am not sure what to do. We are one week in and doing every other day. Was going to do two weeks of offsetting days. And adjust the insulin as needed?
Vet left it up to me....looking for any experienced advise that anyone wants to offer.

I have started doing a fat 1 drop which is basically a drop and a half. Not seeing much difference.

Based upon today's results I am going back to the prednisolone. Back to his normal dose. Things were good then. Now he isn't feeling good and BG is rising. I will give that a few cycles then maybe change his dose depending on where he is at.
