WCR: Most Ps in place. Appy is so-so this morning. There may be a little taste aversion going on here. She threw up last night and some of it was the Chicken & Tuna from yesterday's breffis. I'm pretty sure there was hair in the vomit...I wasn't looking thoroughly as I washed it off my hands (yes, people, I caught it in my hands...better than on the carpet that is already old and kind of gross!) She is shedding and so I'm assuming her hairballs/vomit will get worse. I really wished she liked being brush. Tonight, I'm going to try to pin her down & brush as quickly as possible. I got a few snuggles last night and this morning. She gobbled up her over night snack as soon as I put it down, which is great but I was concerned she'd need some more fuds later in the evening. Oh well, she did fine. She's a little lethargic at the moment...she must need a nap after all her fuds gobbling and vomiting last night! :rolleyes::smuggrin: Happy Fursday, everyone.

Sending healthy vines to all our sugar kitties and their hoomins! Blessings!

Morning Deborah :coffee::coffee::coffee:

Blech on the pukus and the hairball... Good luck too with the brushing, Mannie used to love it, until he was a sugar cat. Then it became WWIII. :rolleyes:

Have a great day today. I hope all goes well.

Argh on the hairball. Polly started the pre-barf contractions yesterday morning when I picked her up for am testing. Ooops, down you go girl. Yup, nice little firmly packed Vienna Sausage size hairball.

Hope your brushing attempts succeed! Shasta...cooperate!

Hope you're having a good day, Deborah.

Ugh on the hairball. I have caught them in my hands too. :nailbiting: Good luck with the brushing. Tarragon will have NONE of that. We just cut his hair instead of try to brush. Luckily he has enough that you don't even notice. Have a great day Deborah!

My long haired cat likes to be brushed (combed, actually) until you start working on mats. Then she's done. Fortunately, she's a pretty mellow cat by nature, so we can push her a lot farther than we could one of our Abys. She is generally the only one that gets hairballs. I just found one yesterday that was the first of the shedding season. Bleah.

Shasta, being brushed is like a massage - it will relax you! Really!
