I know we reduce if bg goes under 90 but what happens at night when I'm not testing? Leroy could have gone surfing last night and needed a dose reduction this morning but I have no way of knowing. It would be easy with a Libre but Leroy's a pincushion

He slept on the bed for awhile last night before sliding off and hobbling away to do whatever he needed to do. He didn't come back until he wanted breakfast. He used the DIY stairs to get on the bed. I could hear his leg thumping around as he tried navigating his way up the boxes.

I hope he chills while he’s recovering from surgery and stays safe!
I think you have to do what you think is in his best interest with his dose, since you’re out of the house all day at work (Since we don’t know what he did overnight).
