Yesterday's Condo

File this one under the heading of "be careful what you ask for"! DH called me at +3.5 (which was good because I slept through my alarm) and said Cinco was at 200 something at PS so no rush. I took my time getting up and getting breffis ready. Then I tested Cinco and got 39

. I thought, surely that's a mistake, so I tested the other ear - 43

. I averaged them for the 41. I'm awake now!! So the dosecrease threat is not a myth or a legend - it's real!!! :D:D:D

Appies are decent for the girls and the usual for the boys. :) NASCAR race is in rain delay :(. Looks like they might get it in, but it's gonna take all day. Good thing we didn't have anything planned.... Of course, Cinco did deny my request for a day pass, anyway:rolleyes::joyful:!

And flat yellows leading to action is also real. :eek:Did you have fun last night? Good of Cinco to give you a pass when you needed it.

Thanks for visiting, Chris, Wendy, Linda, and Elise. Linda, it took me awhile to realize it was you - love the new avatar. Cinco listened to his aunties, a little too well. All this on just 2% and 5%! I think he just wants me to get up earlier. :rolleyes:

@Linda and Scooter & Jack, the good thing about a rain delay is it gave me time to get my condo done and to test Cinco, give Minka her fluids, etc. without missing anything. I guess I should take advantage and go get dressed so I'll be ready to go out if I want to when/if they postpone it (it's not looking good).

@Wendy&Neko, Cinco is sneaky with those flat yellow runs. Sometimes they mean action, and sometimes they mean more flat yellow! I sure wasn't expecting that swan dive! Now I suppose we'll see a bounce.

Cinco! Stinker. Yes, we like green, but egads, mister...that's a little more (or less?) green than is good for the bean's nerves! And bouncing does not make up for it. Nope, not one little bit.

Now find a pleasant middle ground and surf there. Ya'hear!

Good girls. Keep the appy good and the bean happy.

I guess Cinco wanted to be dramatic today and make sure he had your attention. Yay for decent appys for the girls.

I am not going to call this PMPS a bounce, since it's about "normal' for Cinco lately. We'll have to wait and see what he does the rest of the evening.

NASCAR race was an all day affair, but I got laundry and stuff done during the rain delays, and tried out my paraffin wax bath. Felt good. Now we'll see how long the feeling lasts... I'll have to do some research to see how often they recommend using it.

Minka didn't like tonight's dinner entree, so I'm off to see if she'll eat a different flavor. DH is in favor of giving her tri tip. :rolleyes: Who's a daddy's girl?!
 
You can't "OD" on paraffin, so if it feels good and you can find the time to do it, there's no reason you can do it as much as you like!

I have no idea if it's really true or not (I have my doubts) but when I was looking for replacement paraffin for DM, I came across some that was blueberry scented....they claimed the blueberry helped with inflammation
