Although I don't know for sure, I would imagine she could indeed be bouncing. Buzz is the queen of bounce so I don't want to just attribute everything to RBC out of habit.
But Mousie has had good #s lately, so this is definitely an aberration for her recently.
Come on back, Mousie. Nothing to see in RBC (except Buzz, but she should be on her way back home soon so...).

Rebound can last up to 72 hours. However, I suspect this may be a bit of meter variance (error can be up to 20%) and/or you may be past the nadir and numbers may be coming up a bit.
