Thanks, Julie. She may have dipped into the green while I was out hiking, but is staying in the blue for the two readings I got after her shot.

Lulu`s pretty mad at Mama right now. Two error messages on the glucometer, no idea what I did wrong, so had to chase and catch her for the third ear poke. Extra treats for my little girl. So glad kitties are pretty forgiving, especially to the keeper of the treats.

I'm glad you got out today for the hike. I hope it was good weather for you. Lulu is looking pretty in blue tonight. That drop from AMPS to +2 usually signals an active cycle and a time to leave out food for her.

I hate meter error codes. My civie moves in for the treat as soon as he hears the beep. They sure do learn to expect those treats!

I did leave food in the autofeeder along with their usual brekky in their bowls, but she didn`t eat much out of the feeder this time. At night, they certainly indulge, it`s empty come morning.

I just took a before bed test and Lulu`s BG has dropped quite a bit from PMPS -153 to +3-65. Should I stay up, or set an alarm for a couple of hours and retest?

I'd set the alarm for one hour and retest then. If she hasn't eaten anything lately, I'd freshen up her low carb food.
