4.18 Lucy amps=287, +6=286

Decreased Lucy down to 1.0 unit to start over again with trying to find the right level of insulin.

I high flat curve means I need to increase, right? Should I go up by 0.25 units or 0.5 units?

Go up to 1.25u just ease her up. You can always add more if not enough but you can't get it out once shot. Now with that said if when you increase her numbers go up instead of down reverse course and drop the dose to .75

Yeah I know that sounds counter intuitive but it works sometimes less is more.
