Good Morning, Everyone,
Rusty couldn't wait to get us up this morning. He zoomed around, down and up the stairs. We had a good test, he ate all of his breakfast (even the Wellness Turkey), we had a good shot (I'm sticking with the dose increase to 1.75 skinny; looks like a bounce this morning from the surprise 65 last night). Then we had an "accident". I was on my knees, next to the table, looking for the tire- pressure indication on my bike tire. Rusty had been lounging on the other end of the table, I didn't hear him come over to see what I was doing. I couldn't see the tire very well because the light was dim, so I got up to get a flashlight, was too close to the table, and banged my hip on the table. The next thing I knew Rusty flew to the other end of the table, threw himself off the table (along with a furry of placemats) and ran into the living room. I must have really startled him. I don't think I hit him! It took quite a while to calm him down. He's OK!! In any event, I'm thrilled that he seems to be feeling so much better. When I go to get my car serviced this afternoon I will stop at the vet's to pick up Rusty's urinalysis results (the vet's office is right next to the auto shop).
Wishing everyone a good day and keeping Carolyn and Tena in our thoughts. Sending healing vines to all sick kitties. We are very happy that Lyresa's Harley (drooler) has decided to stay a while.
